By using SaveMyChats ("the Service"), you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
SaveMyChats converts a chat export file you provide (for example, a WhatsApp
.zip export) into a formatted PDF or a self-contained HTML page, entirely
within your own web browser. See our Privacy Policy for details
on how your data is handled — in short, nothing you upload leaves your device.
You are solely responsible for the chat data you choose to process with the Service, including ensuring you have the right to export, view, and convert that content (for example, the consent of other participants, where required). The Service is a general-purpose formatting tool and does not review, moderate, or have access to the content you process.
The Service is provided free of charge, on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose or accuracy of the exported output. You are responsible for reviewing any exported file before relying on or sharing it.
The Service is free to use and supported by advertising (see our Privacy Policy for details on Google AdSense). A one-off paid unlock to remove ads is available and is processed by Lemon Squeezy; the licence you receive is for personal use of the Service on your own devices and is non-transferable.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service's operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service, including any loss of data. Because processing happens locally in your browser and nothing is stored on our servers, we hold no copy of your chat data to lose or recover.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
